There is a really good review of the Hutchison space legislation, which was released yesterday, over at Human spaceflight rules within 60-days of Senator Hutchison act. As Hyperbola points out, while NASA’s leadership may be working on Plan B, with Congress now in the mix, Bolden & Co. will be much busier.
